Iced

Ok here are the iced cakes. I did them this morning taking about 1.5 hours. I think it's the most difficult part, but I managed it well. Now I have to let it dry and harden before I assemble them and put the flowers on them. After that, all's done. I'll probably have to finish it by the end of this week, as it is looking a lot busier the following week.

This evening my friend Lee Ling will be arriving in London. She is coming over here to work for at least 2 years. I have some tidying up and need to cook dinner before I go and pick her up.
